Recipe Trial
So I tried a new recipe that I REALLY like. But guess what, no picture! It was so good that it is gone before I got the chance to take a picture. I made a roll recipe from Rachel's roomate Angie that is the best roll recipe I have ever tried. Marc even said that they tasted like Rhodes Dough, and I don't think that he was flattering me that much because I agreed that they tasted that good. I will post the recipe when I am able to take a picture. I am so glad that we had this challenge to try new things. It was fun to make these rolls and they were definitely enjoyed by all of us! I'm sure that Ethan enjoyed them in his own way :)

Orange Dreamsicle Salad
I've been excited to try this recipe ever since my friend Stacey Kelly gave it to me. She got it from a some man at a family reunion. You can make it with any flavor of jell-O and use any fruit you want in it. I decided to try the Orange Dreamsicle way, but when peaches are on, I'm going to make it with peach flavored gelatin and peaches! Ooooh that sounds so good!
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jell-O (remember you can use any flavor you want).
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Big can of Mandarin oranges (drained), bananas, and a can of crushed pineapple (drained), anything else you want. You decide how much pudding in proportion to fruit. The more fruit, the more people it will serve.
Cook Jell-O and puddings with 3 cups of water in the microwave until thick. Let cool completely in fridge. Before adding fruit, mix up until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip and add fruit.
Pretty easy, and delicious. Here are some pictures of the process, and the happy recipients.
Just a looksy at some of the ingredients.
So creamy and good!
Even Ethan thinks it's good!
